Nutrition simplified
Has improving your health seemed too complicated to even figure out where to start? My mission is to simplify the process through nutrition and help you focus on your body’s individual needs to improve your energy, sleep, digestion and overall health.
It all starts in the gut
Did you realize many diseases and health issues start with some sort of imbalance or dysfunction in the gut? The ability of our gut to break down our foods into the nutrients needed for everyday processes is key to maintaining health yet, many of us have something getting in the way. Whether it is blood sugar regulation issues, leaky gut, insufficient “good” bacteria, overpopulation of the “bad” bacteria, parasites, insufficient enzymes or stomach acidity, once we pinpoint the issue, we can work to heal the body.

Hi, I’m Sarah Kaster.
I grew up fascinated by chemistry and biology which lead to a fascination with nutrition and health at twelve years of age. I did not pursue this passion in college but once my daughter was born, I started digging into how to raise a little human which lead to researching all the things – organic versus non-organic, grass-fed versus conventionally raised meat, whole milk versus low fat. Once I became a student at the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2020, it was reiterated that truly good health comes down to five basic foundations that we, as busy humans, have gotten away from. My mission is to help break down the barriers to understanding these foundations for good health and bring people back to the healthy state they were intended to be in.
